Fitted Diaper can be from fleece or flannel with absorbent insert or soaker. These type of diapers do need a waterproof cover.
One- size diapers will fit on baby from birth to potty training age. They grow with baby. They can be waterproof or need covers.
Covers are used to protect baby clothing from wetting. They are made from waterproof material outside and soft fleece inside.
